Fiberglass fan cover is a type of fan casing made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (SMC), which has the characteristics of lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, insulation and sound insulation. It is widely used in various types of fan equipment.
The fiberglass fan cover is made of glass fiber and resin composite material, and precise size control is achieved through mold molding process to ensure airtightness and durability. Compared to traditional iron sheet or aluminum alloy materials, it is lighter (weighing only 1/4-1/5 of steel) and has strong corrosion resistance, making it suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical and electroplating.

Hubei Tongnai Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise that integrates the research and development, production, sales, and after-sales of SMC composite materials. The company is located in Jinqiao Industrial Park, Dangyang City, Hubei Province, covering an area of more than 60 acres and currently has 180 employees.
The company has built a 21000 square meter production plant, a 3000 square meter office building, and other ancillary facilities such as a cafeteria. The company has introduced advanced SMC sheet production technology and two production lines from abroad, with a maximum production width of 1.2m. The company adopts SMC compression molding and extrusion technology, forming an annual production capacity of 15000 tons of various composite material products. The products mainly involve power equipment, automotive parts, bathroom and other fields. The core products include purification tanks, three format septic tanks, integrated bathrooms, distribution boxes, cable brackets, FPR optical cable reinforcement cores, etc.
The company currently has more than 60 molding production equipment, including 1 4000T hydraulic press, 2 2500T hydraulic presses, 5 2000T hydraulic presses, and more than 150 sets of various molds. Our production equipment is all frame type hydraulic presses. Compared with four column hydraulic presses, frame type hydraulic presses produce fiberglass products with more stable performance, more reliable quality, more accurate dimensions, and more uniform wall thickness. In the production process, the degree of mechanization and automation is high, and most structurally complex products can be formed in one go.
The company currently has 60 fiberglass extrusion production lines, and can independently design and manufacture FRP products. The FRP extrusion production process is mature and stable.
The company currently holds multiple patent authorizations.
