Product Introduction
The second-generation SMC material shell developed by our company is designed with new concepts such as 370mm and 680mm thick double reinforcing strips, hidden door shafts, and natural ventilation in all directions. It overcomes the disadvantages of single reinforcing ribs in one-piece products, which are not conducive to self-cleaning of the product, exposed door shafts that are prone to breakage and not conducive to on-site installation, and large maintenance work in the later stage. The shell thickness is 320mm to 640mm. The distance between electrical appliances is insufficient, and the natural ventilation volume is small, resulting in condensation and other disadvantages. This has comprehensively enhanced the domestic application level of SMC material shells. At the same time, the second-generation SMC shell has an increased thickness at the main force application points of the product, with a weight gain of 2 kilograms compared to products of the same width and height on the market. It has also passed all type tests at the test station in one go.
